Our 800/900 number lines are the BUSIEST in the industry! We are receiving over 2500 calls per day.

Please read the following information carefully. It tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about working on our lines.

ADULT ONE ON ONE

Our lines are supported by many different advertisers (we call them IP's or Information Providers). Each IP uses a different theme to promote (advertise) their 800/900 numbers. While working on our lines you may encounter the following types of calls (there is NO LIMIT to the "imagination" of some of our callers. Below you will find a sample of the majority of call types.

PAY STRUCTURE

We pay you based on your "talk time" minutes. This means that for every minute that you are actually TALKING to a client you are being paid. We DO NOT pay for just waiting for the phone to ring. Your calls will come back-to-back with very little (if any) lag time in between calls. You will receive up to 20 cents per minute for all of your actual talk minutes. The amount you are paid depends on the number of minutes you accumulate in a week. We are switching to a sliding payscale based on the number of actual talk time minutes you put on in a week. It pays for you to work longer and get more minutes. We have switched to this system so we can reward agents who are on line for up to 8+ hours a day.

We pay WEEKLY. Please be sure to visit our PAYMENT OPTIONS page to select how you want us to get you your paycheck. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time.
